Getting rid of baggage; Or, how to change in an instant (VIDEO)

You can turn it around! =)

If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.
Gail Sheehy

When I take on new coaching clients, either online or here in Los Angeles, one of the first things we talk about is what they’d like to work on. And inevitably, there are negative habits that have formed over the years, or painful memories that have built up that they want to know how to get rid of once and for all.

And there is a common misconception that it takes years of therapy to resolve some deep-seated issues, but this isn’t necessarily true.
While some people may take longer than others, it is actually quite possible to change most any habit, fear, or unresolved trauma in 20 minutes or less.

In the video that goes along with this article, you will find:
An *extremely powerful* technique that will let you change anything about yourself; fears, habits, beliefs, ANYTHING in just a few minutes!  It wasn’t possible to embed the video this time, but you can see it on Facebook.

This article, then, will be more focused on what you need to change and why.
So…what do you need to change and why?

Here is a good sign: anything you want to change in someone else, is probably something you need to change in yourself, first.
We all have something called ‘triggers‘ which we have discussed before. What that means, is there are things that happen that cause you to react more strongly they you probably should. For instance, if you have a hidden insecurity about not being very smart, then anytime you perceive someone as talking down to you, you may get get very loud and defensive.

Or if you are an attractive lady, and feel like people don’t take you seriously because of it, you may actually become defensive and resentful around people who compliment you.

You may recall, that no one can love you any more than you love yourself; but beyond that, you can’t love or hate ANYTHING in anyone that you don’t love or hate in another person.

I will give you an example: I personally don’t like hypocrites. While “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”, it is different when you are saying one thing, and blatantly doing another. So any form of hypocrisy always receives the harshest treatment from me.

The truth, however, is *I * am acutely aware of being hypocritical; and work very hard to actually apply the tools and techniques that are shared in the articles and videos.
The point is, hypocrites get such a harsh response because of *my * own inner concerns, not their actions…understand?

So what is it that you would like to change?
Perhaps you know you have lingering baggage from being raised by emotionally unavailable parents, an abusive relationship, or even fear of the future and the unknown.

The technique in the video below will fix it.
All you need to know is what you want to change, how you’d prefer it to be, and *why * you NEED to change in order to have a happier and more fulfilling life.

The exercise below is simple, but powerful; don’t underestimate it!
