5 Quick Ways to Improve Your Relationship

I’m often asked to give a few tips on how to make your relationship better. Here are five quick tips:

1) Turn off media and engage with your partner. Looking at the person instead of a screen sends a message–you are important, important enough for me to get off these screens and focus on you.

2) Open up your life to another person. Relationships are about doing life together, sharing the good, bad and ugly with someone you love, like and trust. Take a risk and open up to a trustworthy person.

3) Connect with your partner daily. You don’t need long, drawn out talks. Just take 5 minutes a day when you are both home and update each other on your day.

4) Make time for fun. Laugh and love. It’s a winning combination. Watch a funny movie, get together with friends, play a silly game, visit a park and eat sloppy hot dogs…anything that creates fun memories. And laughter is a big stress reducer!

5) Go outside. In my blog, The 3 Best Ways to Unwind, I talk about how being in nature impacts the mind in a good way. Get out there people!

Supporting your take on vitamin and mineral supplements, I watched my sister die from complications that eventually led to her death… mastoid gland infection drained into her system. Removed mastoid gland. Infection damaged 1 kidney. Removed 1 kidney. Lack of kidney caused strain on system, leading to diabetes. Diabetes caused blindness and blood clots. Removed 1 leg due to blood clots. Blood clot went to heart and killed her. I was THEN diagnosed with the SAME diabetes and began to fight back. I found diabetes to be PROTEIN DEFICIENCY, and took a holistic approach: I tested every vitamin and mineral ONE AT A TIME, to see WHICH HELPED, and which hurt my system. I then tried every FOOD one at a time. I found sugar to be a SYMPTOM not a cause. I found acid and fiber to be detrimental to diabetics. I found 1 2:1 ratio of protein o ver carbohydrate worked best each meal. Minimize meals… wait till your system wakes several hours THEN take a light lunch. Wait again SEVERAL HOURS and take an EARLY DINNER… that is all a diabetic needs! LOTS and LOTS of liquid to prevent GLUTEN from hardening in the intestine which causes the SYMPTOMS of insulin resistance… more specifically, lack of ANY vitamin and mineral absortption. The secret formulae of vitamins and minerals? EVERYTHING ending in IUM. Calcium w/D, Magnesium, Chromium, Selenium, and of COURSE Vitamin E… it diales the cell wall to let POTASSIUM into the CELL where it is needed, which EMULATES vitamin C without the ACID DAMAGE! French’s makes a salt substitute, ‘NO SALT’ that is 2 types of potassium and tastes good! Walmart ONLY adds POTASSIUM to their GENERIC MILK! FUZE drinks have one called BANANA COLADA that is VERY high in potassium (it’s not bananas! It’s APPLE JUICE with POTASSIUM ADDED which makes it TASTE like bananas!)… all in all, yes study what you take in for symptomitic changes in your system. If it works keep going… if NOT avoide it!

OH… I had migraines associated with the diabetes… an intern came up with the solution… he had done a thesis on this in college… he said if you took 1000 excedrin it would not stop a migraine… if you took 1000 advil (ibuprophen) it still would not work… but… drum roll here… taken together the interact with the stomach acid and form a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MEDICINE that even eliminates the side effects of the aspirin and acetaminophen in the excedrin AND the side effects of ibuprophen in the kidneys… take 1 of EACH for EACH 50 lbs of your body weight… stops 99% of all pains known to the human body without side effects… how can I be so sure? I’ve been taking it now since 1984… 3 of each as I wake in the morning… 3 of each at 12 noon with my small meal…3 of each at 7pm with my small dinner and again 3 more at 10:30 bedtime… and NEVER a side effect… in fact it was the cure to the swelling in my feet left behind by nerve damage from the diabetes… I said all that to say this… I am now living DIABETIS FREE! Doctors can no longer find a trace of it… yes, watch the symptomatic changes as you put something into your system. BE CAREFUL!
