Be in Love with Your Mountain

posted by Susan Diamond

This morning I woke up early. I have been on the phone ever since. Many, many mountains are showing their beauty this morning. So… are you loving your mountains? Awhile ago Spirit guided me on how to become one in love with our mountains. This is one piece… Breathe!

Come into the quiet place within you. If you are in a moment of panic – pace breath. Breathe in to the count of 4, hold to the count of 4, Exhale to the count of 4, hold your breath to the count of 4. Do this for several rounds. This breathing resets the flight or fight response in your body.

After you have done this, then breathe normally and naturally.

See the mountain. Inlay your breath with the rhythm of what is before you. Know that love is here too. Consciously seek the love energy. YOU MAY NOT BELIEVE IT>>>> Love is here. Connect with it. If you can’t feel, see, belief it, rest and know it is there.

As you surrender into Love. Just be.

Take three breaths to connect with Earth, Humanity and your High Source and come back into your physical space. Be aware as you go through the day for the messages of Spirit.

In Joy your Day.
