Burlap To Cashmere readies July 26th release; partners with WhyHunger

Tomorrow marks the official return of Burlap To Cashmere to the music scene after nearly 10 years away from touring and recording. The self-titled album pays tribute to some of the band’s folk influences such as Harry Chapin and Cat Stevens.

In that spirit, Burlap To Cashmere has decided to partner with the late Chapin’s organization WhyHunger throughout the touring and promotion of the new record. WhyHunger will have a presence at the band’s shows and the band will participate in various online and social media campaigns to help raise awareness for American families suffering from hunger.
